regular processing time: 1 week for in stock items
pre-order and backordered item processing time: 3-6 weeks
the shop will not process orders between the dates of december 9th-december 17th. order cut-off time for christmas will be december 8th, 8pm.

please note that due to the nature of inventory on bigcartel, it is possible (though unlikely) items that show as "in stock" may actually be on back-order. if you need an item urgently and aren't sure if it's actually in stock, please feel free to send me a message and I can confirm for you!

US orders are shipped using DDP - meaning your tariffs have been paid already! Any additional fees or duties incurred at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
